  Karen is the founder of Karen Butera Inc., an international award-winning interior design firm where she has had the privilege of practicing her passion of creating personalized style and aesthetics for each project's vision for over three decades. Inspired and guided by a task-oriented father with a strong business ethic and moral code, together with the unconditional love of a beautiful, soft spoken mother, she is able to apply her entrepreneurial spirit in OC Women2Women by helping women locally and globally to become fully self supporting.   

As a founding member, she loves the challenge of helping others achieve their dreams.

Heidi was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada before moving to the United States full time in 2013. She splits her time between Orange County and Scottsdale, Arizona.

Her background is as a paralegal in Canada where she worked full time, before the birth of her four children.

As well as being a full-time mom, Heidi enjoys volunteering, traveling, spending time with family and friends and helping manage the family’s various business projects.

Fernanda Masuero as born in Argentina. Her academic journey began at the University of Córdoba, where she pursued her studies in Dietetics and Nutrition Science. Fernanda graduated with a PhD. and developed a profound understanding of the relationship between food, health, and well-being, in addition to her work as a dietitian.

Her love for food and Italian heritage inspired her and her late husband to open an Italian restaurant called il Dolce in Costa Mesa. The restaurant blends her professional expertise in Nutrition with her Cultural roots. Fernanda is a proud mom of one. Her son Andres.

Marie was born and raised in London, England. She moved to Spain in her early 20’s where she worked in Real Estate for 4 years. Marie met her late husband who was a SoCal native in 2007 and started to live between Newport Beach and London. When the first of her 2 children started school she decided to settle here full-time. 

• Marie is a Realtor with 20 years experience locally and internationally. 
• Marie loves to spend time with her children outdoors – walking, going to the beach, swimming, cycling are some of her favorite things to do. 
• She is a member of The British American Business Council and she enjoys volunteering for other charities, especially organizations that help and empower women.

Sahar Hanna started her professional career as a trainer of computer operators and account management. She followed her passion and worked as a gemologist specializing in diamonds and gemstones. Sahar has received many honors for her work in the community and has been recognized by the State Bar of California, California Legislature Assembly, U.S. House of Rep-resentatives, and many members of the United States Congress. Sahar continues her work supporting and empowering women across the world as well as educating senior citizens on new technologies.
In her free time Sahar enjoys:

• Hosting gatherings for family and friends
• Creating new recipes, writing poetry, flying kites 
• And continuing to learn about health and the human body. 
• She appreciates spending quality time with her loving parents 

Robin has over 25 years of Marketing and Communications experience and 40+ years of being actively engaged in community service and leadership. She has been with OCW2W since 2013, reinforcing her belief that women are the center of the home, with the home being a powerful resource for change in the community.

Currently, Robin serves as a representative for JustServe.org, matching non-profits with volunteers and helping create unity in the community. She finds joy in making a difference with the OCW2W organization.

A few fun facts about Robin include:  

• She has been a community liaison with L.A.P.D., donning her uniform and driving a black and white electric BMW.
• Robin has discovered that all the world's problems disappear when you hold a newborn baby.
• If money were no object, Robin would treat her family of 4 children, their spouses, and 17 grandchildren on a Disney Cruise.

Sacha Whelan is an entrepreneur and investor with keen communication expertise. Sacha's unique perspective enhances her ability to understand and navigate the intricacies of human behavior. Her passion for understanding human interaction led the way during her studies in sociology at Brigham Young University. 

Aside from being a driven professional, Sacha takes great pride in her role as a mother, wife, daughter, and sister. She values the importance of family and the bonds that tie them together, always striving to maintain strong relationships with her loved ones. 

Sacha's entrepreneurial spirit has led her to contribute significantly to the growth and success of various businesses in Orange County. She has built and supported numerous enterprises through joint ventures and start-ups, leveraging her expertise to create thriving opportunities for herself and others.

Lisa Berman, a native of Orange County, California, is a globally sought-after , coach, female thought leader and bestselling author, and bodyworker. With more than 25 years of experience in the Life Coaching, health, and wellness industry, she currently owns Studio 333 FIT, a life wellness studio. Lisa graduated from the California College of Physical Arts, and is a Licensed MyoTherapist, a Certified Life Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Master Certified BASI Pilates Instructor. 

Her passion is to help women from all walks of life to live healthier, happier and more empowered lives.

·      Lisa is the proud mom of 5 awesome children and has three grandchildren she adores.
