  Karen is the founder of Karen Butera Inc., an international award-winning interior design firm where she has had the privilege of practicing her passion of creating personalized style and aesthetics for each project's vision for over three decades. Inspired and guided by a task-oriented father with a strong business ethic and moral code

  Karen is the founder of Karen Butera Inc., an international award-winning interior design firm where she has had the privilege of practicing her passion of creating personalized style and aesthetics for each project's vision for over three decades. Inspired and guided by a task-oriented father with a strong business ethic and moral code, together with the unconditional love of a beautiful, soft spoken mother, she is able to apply her entrepreneurial spirit in OC Women2Women by helping women locally and globally to become fully self supporting.   


As a founding member, she loves the challenge of helping others achieve their dreams. 


  • Karen is happily married to her wonderful husband and business partner, Ric King.    
  • She is a mother of seven as well as a grandmother.
  • She is a doting parent of two fluffy Wheaton Terriers.

 Anna T. Rolapp grew up in the rural town of Roy, Utah, in an ideal setting with acreage and farm animals.  She attended Brigham Young University where she met her husband, Frank Rolapp.  They married in 1977 and have enjoyed the adventure of raising four children together. She and her husband, Frank, divide their time between Salt Lake C

 Anna T. Rolapp grew up in the rural town of Roy, Utah, in an ideal setting with acreage and farm animals.  She attended Brigham Young University where she met her husband, Frank Rolapp.  They married in 1977 and have enjoyed the adventure of raising four children together. She and her husband, Frank, divide their time between Salt Lake City, Rancho Mirage, and Newport Beach.  


Anna earned a Masters’ degree in 2014 from University of Nebraska –Lincoln in History of Textiles with a Quilt Studies emphasis.  Many of her reproduction textiles, both quilts and clothing, can be found in museums and historic sites.  


  • Anna is on the board of the Holiday Quilt Show and Auction and wrote a monthly column on quilt history for the Utah Quilt Guild’s newsletter, the Beeline.   
  • She has taught various community quilting classes.  She is currently an adjunct professor at Ensign College teaching “Textiles” to Interior Design students.  
  • Anna is thrilled that her love of quilting and textiles has cosmically collided with her love of LDS Church History.

David, originally from Upstate New York, graduated from the University of Albany. He received his CPA in New York while working in the international accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand. During seven years with Coopers and Lybrand, initially in Rochester, he relocated to help open the Tucson office. Later moving into Corporate account

  

David, originally from Upstate New York, graduated from the University of Albany. He received his CPA in New York while working in the international accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand. During seven years with Coopers and Lybrand, initially in Rochester, he relocated to help open the Tucson office. Later moving into Corporate accounting, he spent nine years in real estate development, primarily as Controller and later as Treasurer of a developer managing over $ 300,000,000 of commercial and residential properties. After relocating to Southern California, he held numerous executive corporate financial positions in several industries including building supplies, industrial equipment and recreational vehicles. More recently, he served Corporate Controller for the publicly held Joe’s Jeans and Chief Financial Officer of a Medical Provider network.

Jude is a true native of Orange County, graduating from Newport Harbor High School, and attending Nursing School at Orange Coast College. She later received a BA in Health Services Administration, and an MA in Psychology from St Mary's College. After working years in ICU at Hoag Hospital, she became the first nurse to perform a dialysis a

Jude is a true native of Orange County, graduating from Newport Harbor High School, and attending Nursing School at Orange Coast College. She later received a BA in Health Services Administration, and an MA in Psychology from St Mary's College. After working years in ICU at Hoag Hospital, she became the first nurse to perform a dialysis at the hospital, she worked the next 20 years in the dialysis field. After retiring, Jude had the opportunity to perform medical missionary work in India and Ghana. Recently she has accompanied friends who developed, and installed, portable water purifiers in remote villages in Ghana and Tanzania. She is very pleased to serve with the wonderful women of OCW2W in the business of serving others. 


  • Jude loves traveling to 3rd world countries, bringing service whenever possible. She lives with her husband, 4 cats, and a dog.

Marie was born and raised in London, England. She moved to Spain in her early 20’s where she worked in Real Estate for 4 years. Marie met her late husband who was a SoCal native in 2007 and started to live between Newport Beach and London. When the first of her 2 children started school she decided to settle here full-time.

Sahar Hanna started her professional career as a trainer of computer operators and account management. She followed her passion and worked as a gemologist specializing in diamonds and gemstones. Sahar has received many honors for her work in the community and has been recognized by the State Bar of California, California Legislature Assem

Sahar Hanna started her professional career as a trainer of computer operators and account management. She followed her passion and worked as a gemologist specializing in diamonds and gemstones. Sahar has received many honors for her work in the community and has been recognized by the State Bar of California, California Legislature Assembly, U.S. House of Rep-resentatives, and many members of the United States Congress. Sahar continues her work supporting and empowering women across the world as well as educating senior citizens on new technologies.

She is a professional genealogist with a knack for finding lost and obscure family members and their associated stories.

  • She grew up with two extraordinary parents, her mother a famous child actress, including the role of Cosette in Les Miserable, her father was a Congressional Gold Medal recipient with WW II Merrill’s Marauders.

Robin has over 25 years of Marketing and Communications experience, along with 40+ years of being actively engaged in community service and leadership. She is excited about making a difference with the OCW2W organization. A few fun facts about Robin include:  


  • She has raised and trained her Brittany as a Certified Therapy Dog, and enjoys volunteering in hospitals with him.
  • If money was no object, Robin would treat her entire family of 4 children, their spouses along with 17 grandchildren, on a Disney Cruise.
  • She has discovered that all the world’s problems disappear when you hold a newborn baby.
  • Seize the Day" is her daily mantra.

Jesicah has spent the last two decades supporting public education in California.  Currently, she serves as Aspire Public Schools Foundation’s Major Gifts Officer.  In this role, she focuses on building and maintaining relationships with major donors to secure philanthropic funds for 36 schools in low-income communities across California.

Jesicah has spent the last two decades supporting public education in California.  Currently, she serves as Aspire Public Schools Foundation’s Major Gifts Officer.  In this role, she focuses on building and maintaining relationships with major donors to secure philanthropic funds for 36 schools in low-income communities across California.
Jesicah’s deep understanding of equity in education, experience leading schools, and ability to articulate an inspiring “case for giving” make her exceptionally well-suited for this role.  Jesicah spent the last two years as Senior Managing Director at Teach for America, where she led the New Teacher Development Team. Her career in education includes time as a teacher, dean of students, assistant principal, and principal.  

  • Jesicah lives in Costa Mesa with her husband and two sons. 
  • When not working with donors, Jesicah enjoys getting off the beaten path.  
  • She has traveled to 27 different countries and is ready to dust off her passport.
